Copper and Metals participated in a new edition of Cesco Week 2023, organized by the Center for Copper and Mining Studies (Cesco), where the main executives of the mining industry in Chile benefited.
“The overall mood was quite positive with positive anticipation of copper’s role in green development which should provide good price support.
With specific relation to CyM, I see clear confirmation of the value of our position as a local facilitator and bridge between the world of small-scale mining and international markets”, says Franck Lançon, general manager.
Lançon, who participated in the activities of Cesco Week 2023, points out that “the massive presence was maintained, after the pandemic, with more than 1,600 people at the closing dinner, including all customers from China.”
The date of Cesco Week 2024, which will take place between April 16 and 17 in Santiago, has already been confirmed.
